Great if You Are on a Liquid Only Diet in Preparation for a Colonoscopy!
I had to prepare for an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. I discovered that Ensure Clear is acceptable for the liquid-only diet. But no local stores had the Apple variety. It HAS to be Apple for the preparation as the other varieties create problems during the exam. Very grateful for this. It made me feel I was getting some real nutrition and it took the edge off of my hunger. I only got two of these and they are quite small.
