Tried the rest, this is the best. In all honesty this product delivers and used it on my shoulder after my second reconstruction. Shoulder feels great and I’m back training and surfing. I mainly use it when my shoulder gets sore from overuse and once feeling better I continue to use it for about a week after to make sure it’s fully settled down.
