  • The Mike Duff Story / Make Haste Slowly / Isle of Man. / Softback book.

I bought this title recently in good used condition and although I have not had the time to read this book to date I remember the exploits of the Canadian Mike Duff vividly as I am a fan of the golden sixtes when motorcycle racing was at its most exiting in my book. Mike Duff did not win a world championship but he could mix it with the likes of Phill Read , Jim Redman and Mike Hailwood to only name a few of the best. The Yamaha he rode at the time had a bad habit of locking up which most times resulted in injury and skin loss.
