tastes better than I expected. I found it quite difficult to get properly mixed to begin with, I now add about 30mm off water to a pint glass, add powder, then top up water and mix, this way makes it much easier. I keep in fridge and drink through the day instead of eating biscuits for my 'sweet hit'!
