Before purchasing, I did a ton of research & cross reference with sources I trust and found this to be a highly recommended one. Before this, I didn't even know a liquid version of CoQ10 existed! The absorption rate is supposed to be superior in comparison with pills...& that's exciting for me because any pill I can replace with a liquid, tincture, powder mix etc I greatly prefer! It comes with a measuring dosage cup. My biggest surprise (a good surprise) It TASTES GREAT! Dare I say it does... not just "tolerable" but actually tastes great. That's subjective though I'm sure but most products I've tried like this, though better than the pill version, are still a bit gross to take down. I have been using it for awhile....I take a statin and from what I understand, statins mess with the natural production of CoQ10....so do I know it's working? Not really. Qunol is the best solution available in the market for me!
For me, getting coenzyme Q 10 in a liquid form is a great advantage. I am on a feeding tube and cannot take anything by mouth (capsules do not work for me).
