Very Good and Well Made
This radio is a very good one for the price. Well made, strong case, easy to move dials with soapy hands in the bath or shower. Loud clear speaker. Uses 3 AA batteries that will last a long time. It is water resistant not water proof. It can get very wet but don't let it be submerged for more than a few seconds. I use mine in the bath. It technically does its job but it's hard to move the dials with wet fingers and hard to tell what station your near since you can barely see the marks on the dials. Also, the clock is directly blocked by the shower-head so you can't tell what time it is with just a glance. The reception is affected by how close you are to it unless the signal is from a very local station. Nifty radio
This is a nice radio with an adequate small speaker. It's the perfect size for a shower. I got it bc I needed a battery operated small radio device for power outages. I like that it just uses 2 AA batteries. I wish that the radio dial was bigger bc it's hard to tune in your channel. Also, the time resets every time you accidentally hit the mode or set buttons so it would be nice if somehow it could be locked in, but it's a minor inconvenience.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I would NEVER buy this again! I can NOT hear the radio over the shower running! No my hearing is quite good and the only defect is the radio!! The sound of the shower running drowns out the radio on full blast volume! I have it just to turn it on during shaving now, which is the only way to hear it in total quietness. I even contacted the manufacturer to give a poor review of 1/One. If I could have given a ZERO I would have. I left my name and phone number with them and never received a call or email from them! NOT BUILT FOR 72 YEAR OLD FINGERS
I like the size and the Sound is OK, not very loud. The on/off Volume switch is level with the face of the radio. It is difficult to turn on and adjust volume with the very small knurl knob from the side. I would be very pleased with this if it was easier to turn on/off. It doen't seem to like any spray at all , even bouncing spray from your body. The sound went away and didn't come back until the next shower. Great Idea but Disappointing
Looked forward to a shower radio that actually works. Tone great. In the shower, started well then difficult to find a position without distortion. Light weight radio.

Clock OR Radio?
Upon turning on the Pyle PSR6 Clock/Radio I noticed a problem. Each time the radio was turned on, the clock immediately resets back to 12:00. I set the clock and date several times, and each time the volume knob is turned to power on the radio, the clock is reset. Do not waste your money
