Beautifully presented, but I dont feel compelled to use
I own several preserving books..none as beautifully presented as this book, however I don't feel the urge to make any of the preserves.....maybe I am too much of a traditional preserver. One of my American preserves books has no pictures, but practically ever preserve just begs to be made....hot and sweet pickled pineapple...a firm favourite.
