An excellent value machine. Arrived with minimal damage and minimal parts missing, those that were were cheap and easy to replace. The machine makes lovely coffee it's great being able to make a lively americano in the morning which tastes like a shop bought in just a few seconds more than it would take to make a filter coffee. We haven't tried the clean yet but lots of tutorials online dont make it look too difficult. Would 100 percent recommend.

It was incomplete on arrival and I had to order extra parts to be able to make full use of it. I know it advertised as incomplete and I hoped I would at least be able to use it out of the box. It is awkward to get the pressure for the ground coffee to work properly. No matter what I do to adjust the amount of pressure flowing through, it sometimes works and other times doesn’t. I am using the water filter (not included in the box - another extra part), but it may we’ll be it simply needs de-scaling. (Another set of items not included in the box).

I was so looking forwards to it arriving from day one and I absolutely love it,I have the luxury coffees in my own home . It was easy to set up and to use, I can't comment on cleaning it as I have only had it a couple of days but I do work in a coffee shop so shouldn't be too hard to clean. I am sure I will get my money's worth out of it too.

This always makes a great cup of coffee, and you can always tweak things like ground size to perfect your cup. Milk is quick to froth, grinding is very controllable, and if you clean it about once a month it works perfectly fine. Yes it's on the expensive size, but every other cheap machine we've had either hasn't given use the quality we want, or has broken. High recommend.

This is not an automatic machine. It takes some practice to use, but is well worth the effort. Once mastered the variety and options are pretty amazing. If you want something automatic then go for the Oracle which does everything for you. But if you want to feel like you're in control, this is the one.
