  • Knowledgable gunner, bad writer

Robert Campbell knows all there is to know about guns and shooting, but when it comes to telling you, or at least telling you in writing/print, he fall down completely. He simply can not tell you in a coherent and meaningful manner what he means, or is trying to convey, with out needing the reader to go back and read, and reread, what he said, repeatedly, to understand what he said/means. If the reader is willing to read, and reread what Bob is saying, his books can be wonderful resourses, but if you are a beginner, or lack the time, patience or will power to read, and then go back and reread what was written, repeatedly, to decipher what he means, then Bob's books are not for you. This is a crying shame because as I said, Bob knows everything, he just can't tell you anything. If the books/articles were properly edited and rewritten, his books and articles would be invaluable, but as is, they are barely useful.
