Storing personal writing
I bought the Samsung SS Portable Drive specifically to store personal work, fiction and longer work in one place, preferably in a form accessible on different computers (desk top and lap tops). I've now transferred most of what I could do easily and I still have loads of storage space. The portable drive is neat and compact and has a good solid feel to it. I use it to load drum sample libraries, some of which are over 2gb. It’s pretty quick although not that much faster than my 10 year old Seagate Freeagent which surprised me somewhat. Good value though. I would recommend it.
