Perfect for the user with a bad back
I was getting lean enough for my abs to come but my back is messed from having cancer strangling my spinal cord and becoming enmeshed with the bone. I had to have part of my spinal column removed. I have been using this for about a week now and i know with continued use ill get the stomach i want...you really feel it within the first 15 proper reps ..tip: if new to this start out with a small footprint and extend as you get better...also keep your stomach flexed during the whole rep and do not arch your back. Correct form will give you results quickly. Quality feels good i weigh 250lbs max rating is 300lbs. So far holding up!
