Fun, quality, live vocal effects
It’s fun to noodle with at home, but live use can be problematic. Since you don’t save your changes to presets, it is very easy to screw up your settings. Good Product, but the most people would have returned this item.
The (Should be included) Power Wall-Wart was replaced by a well used inferior substitute, and it was almost impossible to connect to the TC Helicon website in order to update the Firmware (as stipulated in the instructions.) I finally got it to communicate and was able to get the update. It now works just fine. I wish I didn't have to replace the Power Supply though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good Design, Poor Reliability
I love what this box can do! Helicon put a lot of years experience in the design, features and button layout. But the product reliability is poor. I've had two of these boxes fail within the first year, luckily, within Warranty, but it takes them ~6 weeks to give you a repaired/replacement unit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good portable vocal processor
I bought this to bring with me to gigs when it isn't practical to bring a whole sound board. The vocal processing is good, giving you various styles of reverb, echo, tone and pitch correction, and harmonies when you run your MIDI keyboard into it. I wish it had a way to control the vocal volume output from the unit. You have to try to balance the keyboard and vocal levels using the master keyboard volume control to try to achieve the right mix.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
