Perfect, easy to use and easy to clean
I have used this when making yorkshire puddings, cakes and I also have used the dough hooks. All very effective and easy to use and clean. Highly recommended. I have an Andrew James full mixer with stainless steel bowl which is also great but the hand food mixer is perfect for smaller tasks and when I am in a rush to complete. I am not that impressed with it. I find it hard to eject the whisks. It's not as powerful as my old mixer of the same wattage. Not happy that it's not dishwasher safe and can only be run for a few mins before allowing it to cool. I could not find the same one that I had but it knocked spots of this one. This mixer feels very sturdy and robust. As I use a hand mixer most days it will get plenty of use. My previous ones (different makes) usually last a couple of years and then the gears wear out. I have high hopes for this one, feels as though it should last forever. Will leave further comments when I have used it for a few months.
