Seems to help w quickness and strength
Seems to give a little energy boost. I take it before basketball and after the flush passes I'm left feeling a little quicker and more eager to move (I'm older player). This is my 3rd canister because I'm convinced it works. Similar for strength work-outs, seems to help me get in an extra rep or two.
