Great OEM part
Very nice Wireless card with balanced antenna - cord is easy to connect to card, and allows antenna placement anywhere within about 24" of the card itself - also has a soft blue LED on the antenna that let's you know/see when the card is powered up. The card itself is merely a PCI-e daughter board that supports the mini WLAN card, appears identical to the WLAN cards usually used in Dell Laptops. This feature makes it easy to swap the WLAN minicard off of the PCI-e card, and upgrade for much less expense than a whole PCI card. I needed this mini-PCI-e card to fit my small form factor Dell desktop, and WLAN cards are hard to find - with this feature, I can add almost any WLAN card to my desktop without shopping for another mini PCI-e device.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good signal strength and great performance
I installed this PCIE adapter in my Dell 9020 SFF because the 2 different USB adapters I tried would freeze the computer. This PCIE adapter works perfectly. Installation was a breeze, and the drivers were somehow already installed (Win 10 1909). Signal strength is great. I get full bars on the 5GZ band with my router about 25 ft away (going through a wall and a ceiling too). My speed is as good as a wired connection. I'm getting 110-120 Mbs according to speedtest.net. My package download speed is supposed to be 105 Mbs. All in all, I'm very happy. This is a solid adapter with great performance. Strong signal pickup compared to other antenna.
Works well, strong signal from about 45 feet away from wireless router through one floor and partial concrete obstruction. Have had no signal drop issues or other problems over one year of consistent use. Seems to be slightly better than the radio-type antenna I have used before.
