Nothing wrong with the resistance bands themselves, it’s the straps that connect to the handles that are the problem, very rough edges that chafe your wrists and hands when you use them....after about 20 mins use I had red sore patches. Perhaps it’s just my set that has this issue..a manufacturing oversight perhaps?
