    I have numerous dietary requirements so getting food to taste good has been hard. This is an exceptional book and its has been great to learn why we do things in the kitchen such as add salt. I always thought it was to do with raising boiling temperatures and preserving food solely. Thanks to this book, the food I cook tastes better and I am still learning!
