Best Dyson vacum cleaner ever made!
Super suction, many tools, easy usage...absolutly the best. Me and my fiance are more than happy to buy it because we had also Dyson before wich newer even after 8 years. Only cons are buttons on-off and electricity wich are made from thin plastic that could breake if you put too much presure on it with your foot so it's better to use hand. Bit of a beast with some some flimsy catches and heavy on the ears
Great vacuum cleaner, very manoeuvrable with good tools. I have dogs and it does a good job. Downsides.. Som do the catches, like the one on the bottom of the dirt catcher is flimsy and is hard to close, the seal moves and you have to hold it in place. The on off buttons also look very delicate but we will have to see how they go, I'm glad it has a good guarantee with it. Lots of tools, but the air powered ones increase the already quite noisy beast to a level that is really quite uncomfortable, safe to say my neighbours know when I cleaning. So yes it is a powerful cleaner, easy to do all surfaces and does clean up to the edges... Just surprisingly for Dyson a bit light on ease of emptying and closing dust catcher..my old Mum would not have the strength or dexterity to do it.. And the noise... Well it makes me clean faster. Would I buy it in hindsight...depends on the flimsy bits...ill have to give it a whileVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Handle broke after a few uses
We bought this vacuum cleaner to replace an earlier model from Dyson whose motor had burnt out. The new vacuum cleaner was easy to use, vacuumed well and was easy to empty, however I was most disappointed that the handle broke off after a few uses. It looks like a design/ manufacturing fault as there is very little overlap on the handle and shaft parts which are glued together (see image). I would expect a much better product from Dyson and I am losing faith in the brand.

Was extremely impressed by this vacuum cleaner ! If you have furry friends at home its a MUST HAVE !!! No fur to be seen around once you use it !!!!! Have house full of high piled / Persian carpets and I can say they are back clean as new !!! It does its job with only a couple of brush strokes ! I am indeed happy with my purchase ! Powerful beast
So powerful I could not push it along the carpet until I lengthened the handle! Easy to empty and cleans the carpet thoroughly. Only a couple small niggles. The dust collector does not always close first time and when storing, the handle is fiddly to fit into the holder on the base. Fantastic hoover
Great hoover and cleans fantastically, the suction on this is so much better than my old hoover and the 5 year warranty gives you piece of mind.
