What a great design and app... what poor functionality and service!!
I did not buy these for the extraordinary sound or the sleek weightless design. I LOVED the Samsung aspect. I sill love the capabilities and the app... BUT! I had them a week and loved them so much that I got a pair for my son. A week later my left stopped transmitting, but who cares I got the protection.. annoying but insurmountable. AS I am figuring this out my sons same side goes out... just the sound portion. The pad still works (????) Absolutely AMAZING Ear buds
I've had these for a few months now, and these ear buds are Amazing. I love the overall functionality, as well as the quality of the ear buds. I absolutely love the fact that I can store music on my ear buds, this makes my gym work out even easier. I just tap and start my work out. I love the fit, nice and snug in the ear, can't lie it took a little getting use too. However one work out I was hooked. Great sound quality everything I come to expect from a Samsung product . They're ok for the price I guess. Just didn't think these small issues would be so consistent.
The left ear bud doesn't work on it's own only the right one. So when the right one dies I have to wait until it charges to use again. They keep unpairing with my phone in the middle of a conversation or while I'm playing music. They have their days.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

They're Ok.. can find better for less.
Something to do with the sensor for the ear. It kept disconnecting from the phone. So many times I just reverted back to my wired headset.

I got these as a late valentines gift for my hubby and he loves them. The headsets itself are good. They sound good. The only thing that is giving him issues is the rubber tips.
