money well spent!
Never has a winch before, so i probably am a bit biased with this one. This winch is fitted to my ATV forestry trailers crane with own battery. It has no trouble pulling 3.5 mtr x 25cm logs of birch or oak to and Up on to the trailer. The remote is the main reason i bought it, and works well out to the full length of the cable, allthough i did have to change the remotes battery as these were no good anymore. Is the winch noisy? Sounds like it's gonna explode any second, but as i Said, it's mounted om a crane, so it's not a straight pull. What has surprised me is, it draws very Little power from the battery. A 3 year old car battery has enough power for loading 30 cubic meters of timber between charges! A real bonus in the Woods. So i recommend this highly if you want a small, cheap and reliable, winch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Top quality winch, at a very competitive price.
I bought this to pull my boat onto the top of my Landrover. For this I had to be at the back of the vehicle with the winch on the front bumper, so wireless remote was essential. Everything worked a treat, the remote was very responsive and worked perfectly. The unit is very well built and everything is engineered for heavy duty. The motor is quietly powerful and switches easily from wind in to wind out. More than enough cable for my purpose. All bolts and fittings are provided in the box. neat handy unit great for any lifting job
Hi have just bought this winch to use on my bike lift in our workshop, i do like it and the use of a wireless remote is great, just with a very basic 12v battery, it's made it much easier lifting heavy electric bikes.
