I bought this Andrew James product because we have a milk frother of the same brand at home and it's really good. The grinder is very simple to use, there's just one button. However, that means that you cannot regulate how fine the grinding is. And, when I tried grinding some coffee beans for an espresso maker, the espresso was less fine than the one I bought already ground in a shop. It's definitely not the finest, and it says on the instruction that grinding it for longer than 30 seconds will not produce a finer grind but will reduce the aroma of the coffee. Well, I did try to grind it for another 30 seconds (I stopped after the first 30 seconds because I didn't want it to overheat), and it kind of did produce finer coffee. Not sure about the taste yet. Overall, this might not be the the best choice if you need very fine results, but it seems like a good grinder overall.Read full review

This coffee grinder works well but it has one design fault. It is very difficult to get the grinds out with out them going all over the Kitchen. It needs a removable easy to empty container. It is difficult to keep clean. I have to use a small pasty brush to remove grinds and clean the machine after use. Do not let water any where near it.

Nice little machine dose exactly what it SAYS on the tin! Easy to use and looks good with other red appliances I give it 4⭐as the well could be a little deeper/larger and there are no extras supplied to empty ground coffees into!! Apart from that I would recommend it for ease of use and practicality 👍

I don't know why there is picture with nuts-can't grind nuts properly!!! bought it for nuts and spices more than coffee. Pros: price and Spices are you done excellent! Cons: cant clean properly in the base of the blade ! can be problematic if very smelly spicy was done

Struggles to grind nuts, appears to be under-powered or too slow in rotation or maybe the cup/bowl size is too large for the motor and/or cutters to cope with, coupled with the very short run/rest time (30 seconds run - 3 minutes rest!, NOT mentioned in the advert), ensure that this appliance is not really fit for purpose.----- I think its most appropriate that the picture shows various food items in the UN-ground condition. On the plus side, it's an attactive pretty red colour, so functions well as an ornament.
