This is a fine machine and easy to use, especially after i downloaded the user manual and read it through.
it was so fun to watch it vacuum, i just had to turn it on and off it went. the only thing that doesn't work is pressing "home" because it will not obey me! I don't know if i am doing anything wrong or if it is in the machine's computer program. i am 80 and not having to use an upright vacuum has done wonders for my lower back. the price was right and i am hopeful it will last .Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Doesn't work properly
This item came a bit scratched and is not very good. It doesn't find it's way back to the charger most of the time. When it does, it doesn't always sit on the charge properly. It gets wedged under our fridge so the sensors must not be working properly. If I didn't want to spend the time getting a 3rd one, I'd return it. This is not a very good brand and wouldn't recommend this. The only good thing I've seen is that it does clean and is quiet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Pros. Cheap Do the job if you are there Easy maintenance Cons. Always need to be there because its stuck with anything For some reason randomly shut down. It Works!
I have been very pleased with the n78 robot vacuum. It is quiet, it picks up a lot of dirt, and it runs for a long time. It's only bad habits are getting stuck on throw rugs that are not taped down, and occasionally getting hung up on the threshold between rooms.
