Sony Rollins goes West Coast
Wonderful that the amazingly talented Roy DuNann captured Sonny Rollins while on the West Coast. Silly clip clop start to some of the tracks but great music nontheless. A classic Contemporary recording nicely transferred to CD. Contemporary Records and Roy DuNann made some of the finest recordings in the history of recorded sound in any genre of music. The history of this company and its recordings should be written, unless it has already. If so please let me know!
