Great melatonin product!
The melatonin plus the L-theanine works wonders! Only melatonin product that actually puts me to sleep! Other melatonin products doesn't help/put me to sleep.. they only help me STAY asleep. This does both! (: As a 6ft, 215 lb guy thats a bigger mass and sometimes needs a bittt more than the recommended serving.
