People with fibromyalgia need to take magnesium cos the nerve off switch never shuts off and so lots of magnesium Is depleted that way. It stops my muscles from aching and keeps trigger points down to low level. I stopped taking it once to see if there was much of a difference. Well I'll never do that again, within a week I was on my knees. I had no energy and ached all over.
