Excellent Hammer
A really good quality and well balanced hammer. I have this hammer and it's little 8oz brother. I am a fairly big bloke and I would not really want to be using the even bigger 20oz hammer. This is plenty heavy enough for every just about every job that requires a claw hammer. I am a firm believer in the using the correct tool for a job; as a result I have many hammers ranging from dainty to absolute beasts. These fibreglass handled claw hammers are a great addition and are taking their rightful place in the main, first to be grabbed tool bag. Nice little hammer.
The item is really good quality. And it bounced really well off my nextdoor neighbours new conservatory. Tip, never oil something and then try to hammer without cleaning your hands!! Unfortunately it didn't bounce at all when it came back over and I tried to catch it, same applies, oily hands do not hold or catch well. It hit me square in the face, broke my nose and knocked me cold. Wife found me in back garden, all very amused in A&E. It has now been called "Dick Heads Hammer" on account of the fact that my name is Richard and it hit me in the head. Ha Bloody Ha !! But hey, its a great hammer and is none the worse for wear!!!
