i have reached that age where pies and cream cakes seem to sti...ck to my thighs and hips, and where as a few years a go a nigh on the dance floor would do the trick now i need a bit more help. with this in mind i had to find some thing which would fit into my life and some thing which would keep my interest as dragging myself out of bed in the morning can be a big enough struggle some times. i found tae bo and have never looked back it is brilliant and it really works. i noiticed a diffrence in the shape of my arms and bum after just two short and actually enjoyable weeks. the dvds are quick and fun, although the music isnt that great, but you are punching in kicking so muchyou really dont notice. i am totally converted and have done nothing but rave about tae bo to everyone i meet! the work outs are only 30mins long so no excuses. you dont need any equipment and, unlike some work out dvds you arent throwing yourselves around so much that you need to rent a hall to do it in. if you want some thing that fits into anyones busy days, gives you results and is fun then give it a go. the dvd has a section which explains the moves but to be honest you can pick it up quickly so you may not feel the need to watch this. since getting this dvd i have bought 5 more and feel fab. you actually feel as though you have achived something when you finish and even the fit young things on the video get hot and red faced so you dont feel too awful looking like a beetroot in your own living room (although the postman has given me funny looks when i have answered the door to him!) what more can i say except i love it and so has everyone i have lent the dvd to so from one 'cream cake and pizza loving want to do better' to another give it a go
Hi i am 32 and i used to do Tae-Bo as a teenager and... it was fantastic back then. After having my 2 girls i stopped doing it just because of time really. I recently started getting back into exercise and have tried numerous other fitness DVDs but couldn't really get into them. Then i found Tae-Bo dvds on the internet and started doing them again and they are still Fantastic!! I have been doing Tae-Bo for 3 weeks now and have lost an inch off my waist, bingo wings are toning up and my love handles are going down!!! Wooooohooooo :-) this DVD is only 30 mins long and not too hard work, it gets your heart going and works all your muscles in one work out. I would reccomend to anyone wanting to tone up, It's AMAZING!!!!

I have been doing Tae-Bo now for about 14 ye...ars and have been replacing all my old videos with DVD's so I can continue. Tae-Bo is a great fat burning (about 800 calories an hour), cardio-vascular workout but is very low impact as there are few movements involving jumps. This workout in partiulcar is a varied routine with lots of different punching and kicking sequences which are easy to follow and clearly explained by Billy Blanks. Billy Blanks is motivational throughout and explains that you need to work at your own pace. As your fitness and knowledge of the moves increase, so you can work it a bit harder and get more from the programme. I would recommend Tae-Bo to everyone, no matter what their fitness level or age (I am now 43), it's fun, something different and there are now so many different DVD's available, you just can't get bored!
