Top quality and much improved!
This is the third one of these windows I've installed on various properties. It has been greatly improved by the addition of felt around it to ensure everything remains watertight if the existing felt gets damaged whilst installing. The metal strip to the front edge is also a good feature as this prevents damage to the wood if its being used to get onto the roof area. The addition of the catches to keep the window fully open also makes it much easier to use as an escape hatch in an emergency, or to go onto the roof to carry out maintenance. Great value
Purchased and installed two of these myself last week. Very easy installation and with the added bonus of having the integrated roofing felt, these wont leak. I jet washed the roof and not a drop 😊
