Good sound, not most comfortable

Poor Design
To begin it crackles sound quality poor music or phone call sometimes doesn't come through it shuts off after a certain time of being off then you need to turn it back on and re-sync then sometimes calls come in and you can not hear through the phone or bluetooth ????? so you have to turn the bluetooth off and restart earpiece not snug hard plastic falls out with ease neck piece gets stuck in the back of the neck and one or another will slip out so rating do not buy this product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Good product
I had some trouble initially pairing the headphones to my devices as the instructions aren't very clear on what exactly to do. But after I did, the experience was great. Great sound quality, no wires in the way. The only issue I have is my ears start to hurt a bit after keeping them in too long. Very happy with the purchase
I've been looking a lot for bluetooth headphones, EarPod design, not to stick it inside the ear's canal, with good bass at a reasonable price. These are exactly what I've wanted. I feel like I want to buy another pair just for backup :). The only small downside is the battery that doesn't last too long (it may also be that I've used them more than my no-brand-rubbish ones). Not so great
I received these and noticed right away that the ear buds were very large. There is no way these would fit my ears or anyone else that does not have extremely large ears. They were also hard plastic. I ordered the similar ones that have the soft pliable ear buds and am very happy with them. The sound quality is great. I use them every day at the gym. They said that the battery would last about 2 hours per charge however, I am getting at least 3 1/2 to 4 hours per charge.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great earbuds, comparable to the very very expensive ones
These earbuds are great! Battery life: 6-8 hours. Sound quality: Fantastic. Controls: Sound controls, playback, and Siri. Cons: - Just like the 10x more expensive ones, having that dangling cord is really annoying, you gotta fix it all the time and every time you turn your head. It's the main reason why I returned it, that and... - After using it for a while, your outer ear starts to hurt. Now this depends on the person as sometimes apple EarPods hurt my ears too. - Falls easily because of reason #1 and it's not very fitting (my ears are relatively large and most earbuds fit easily in them). - If the phone is in your pocket, especially when you're outside, it will start whooshing really badly. Stopped Pairing

Best sound ever! Just one thing, though...
