DISAPPOINTING!!
I'am a Van fan but this one does not cut the mustard with me. This is a very much business as usual collection of good music, but nothing new here to prick up my ears.Sounds like too many he has done in the past. Pity, as his last few Cd's have been pretty good, if not great. I hate to say it but, I think he cannot create anything new that's good anymore, so he is now reverting to doing what he likes best and that's Jazz and more Jazz numbers. Perhaps, if he took some time off from touring and chilled out for a year then we might get something that will pass as another great Van CD!!
