Irritating commentry
I bought this DVD several years and then sold it on, I should have remembered why I did that. Shilpa is a good yogi but the man doing the commentary has the most irritating voice. Also she demonstrates a position once then he says to repeat it which would mean keep pausing the dvd. Also as purchased second hand I received it without a case so can't even give it to a charity shop. Won't play it just pass on to a friend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great yoga dvd
I really like this yoga dvd. Shilpa is just so lovely to watch and listen to and really inspires me to try and be more graceful and elegant! I like the way it’s put together in sections, and being a beginner the pace is fine for me to keep up with. I find I’m looking forward to doing yoga again because this routine is manageable - I have problems with balance and there are only 2 asanas I can’t do which is pretty good compared to most yoga dvds! That said, it isn’t just aimed at beginners, anyone who is more advanced can do more repetitions and can hold the positions more perfectly.
