happy to watch the third outing of the lion king! lion king’s my favorite movie ever, so it’s awesome to have it on 2-disc dvd for the first time after all these years. i remember enjoying this movie as a kid, and hope to in the current day.

A great Disney direct to video sequel.
Unlike many Disney direct to video sequels, this one only uses not just comedy and but gives a backstory to Timon and Pumbaa that takes place before, during and after the original Lion King. I recommend this a lot, its that good!

It was terrible waste of money
Bought it as a Christmas gift just to open it to find one of the dvds was missing out of the case and it was the movie. Waste of money because i had to turn around and buy a whole new one for the kids.

Fantastic movie for children and adults
My 2 youngest loved this movie as children. Over the holidays, they wanted to see it again and discovered that it was even more entertaining now that they are adults. It's great the way you get Pumba's and Timon's perspective while getting snippets from the original Lion King movie woven through their tale. It is very well done!

Very good inbetween-quel
This movie gave a different view point compared to the first Lion King and Lion King II. It's like a review of what went on in the background during the first movie. The main focus is about Timon and Pumbaa and their funny sense of humor. I found it entertaining and worth watching again.
