Suits my needs
The size suits my plans to power my GoPro using a power pack which fits snugly into this top tube bag. It would also serve well as designed - as a gel bag. Beyond this it's use would be quite limited due to its size. However, I specifically bought this bag for that particular feature.

Too small, strap adjustment insufficient.
The bag is too small to be of any value. Very frustrating is that the straps are too long to adjust for even the biggest of top tubes. It is possible to fit two 60ml gels, but if you try and squeeze a third it is difficult so secure the velcro. The internal mesh pockets are virtually impossible to access with a gel still in the bag, so messy to put the used gel wrappers. Great idea, but very poorly executed. It is difficult for me to see how this made it to production!
