These tablets don't totally knock you out, they just relax you enough to get off to sleep more easily. The recommended dose is 4 tablets about an hour before you try to go to sleep, but I find that 2 tablets is sufficient for me - any more, and I feel a bit groggy next morning, so it's worth varying the dose to see what suits you.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Speedy delivery, great service and I cannot rate this product enough. I have been prescribed many sleeping tablets before, all with nasty side effects. These however, have completely changed my sleep and for the better. I used to get around 2 hours a night if I was lucky. But after taking Kalms Night, I sleep a solid 8 hours and wake up feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend these for anyone suffering from lack of sleep. I won’t be without these now and definitely prefer these herbal tablets as opposed to chemical filled tablets. I brought these as I was really having trouble falling asleep, would lie in bed clock watching. I have only had them a short while but I seem to be drifting off to sleep a lot quicker... not straight away still but certainly a lot quicker.
