I recently tried this dog nail clipper and it works like a charm. They are very sharp so cutting accurately and away from the nerve of the dog's nail is important. It will cut the dog nail in one cutting and it cuts clean. After cutting as with the professional dog groomers, they file the cut nail to smooth out it's top surface. If a person would like to save money on dog grooming costs, this is an excellent way to go; buy a dog nail trimmer. It costs around $10.00 a shot to cut dog nails compared to having a long lasting dog nail trimmer that costs around the same amount.
