The recipes are easy , I don’t have a sauté Option on my soup maker so I do have to use a saucepan to fry onions & garlic first but that Is no problem for me . The recipes appear to be interesting, however the author assumes that the reader's soup making machine has a sauté setting. Unfortunately mine hasn't. It means adapting the recipes, which is a shame . It means that the book is not suitable for all soup making machines.
