Good So Far.
I have only been taking this for a few days so can’t comment on the health effects, but it seems good so far. I keep it in a sealed bag to avoid the clumping that others mentioned when it is open to the air or not closed properly. So far it has been fine. It has a mild taste, but not unpleasant and dissolves well in drinks, so happy with it.
