Don't waste your money and time!
We have 2 girls with long hair in this house, hair on the carpet is the major problem. I tried using strong suction, still can't really pick all the hair up. Plus it drains the battery very quick. I asked for a refund but I was only allowed to have a replacement even though it's just about to be 6 months since I've purchased. I thought I'd give Shark a try instead of just going for Dyson. Now, I am stuck with a useless hoover in my house and have to go buy a new Dyson hoover.Verified purchase: Yes

Quick and easy to use, not as lightweight as I thought it was going to be but that's alright. Great to use to get rid of crumbs, dust etc. It sounds a bit like a car changing gear which is funny, but it's a powerful vacuum! A bit more battered than I’d initially anticipated but everything appears to function correctly and new filters have been fitted. I’ve been using it with the main brush head and it certainly does a good job on the carpeted areas although the batteries run down quite quickly, which suggests they have been used quite a bit. It does come with a years guarantee so we’ll see how the batteries last over that period. Had I realised the units (very) used condition I would probably have bought a new one.Verified purchase: Yes
