Brilliant, engaging, entertaining.
Crime thriller set in Tudor times. Keeps you turning pages. Interesting characters and fascinating historical settings. If you aren't into history you will enjoy the detective elements of the story. It keeps you guessing right to the end. You will want to read the whole series though you don't need to read them in order as the stories stand on their own well. Can't recommend C. J.
