The perfect nasal pillow
The perfect nasal pillow for the perfect system. I've been using a cpap since 1995, all of that time with an adam circuit. I chose the adam circuit because it was light and minimal but it had a number of negatives, all of which have been solved with the Dreamwear system. There are other nasal options with this system one I have used that has no pillow. It is very comfortable but can become misaligned .. I had a few mild snoring incidents. This solves that problem with a modest sacrifice of comfort, no greater than any other nasal pillow.
