This natural dye is suitable for use with cellulose and plant-based fibres. It will effectively dye your clothing a deep, velvety black. Each pod contains 350 grams of dye and salt as well (so there is no need to mix in any salt after the wash). Use the pods with a regular washing machine; at the end of the cycle, your garments will be beautifully black. Suitable for tie-dyeing.

Very disappointed in this product. Dyed a faded pair of black leggings and there was no difference Have used the dylon dye you mix yourself with salt in the past and found that great. The dylon pod intense black dosnt give a true colour at all. Total waste of money and time.

Does what is says on the tin (packet!)
I have been using Dylon machine dyes for years. Now it even easier than before. Definately recommend. Nearly all my coured clothes started off as white and I then dye them when the whiteness eventually fades. They look like new and can be re-dyed until the eventually wear out. You'save youself a fortune and get loads of extra wear from your favourite items . Great for household linens and sewing fabrics as well.

My Levis were looking a little bit faded at the knees and after paying £85 for them I didn't want to bin them. They are now looking brand new. As it was just the knees I added in another 3 pairs of River Island and New Look jean. All in there was 4 pairs of jeans. They are all looking like new.
