This book is an altogether treat! A superior hard backed book that looks beautiful lying on a coffee table! Apart from the appealing recipes the content is totally Charming and Captivating (as is Raymond) all the way through... I found it extremely uplifting ... filled me with happiness! Amazing how a recipe book (such as this) can be so inspiring! JOY of JOYS if one of these days I could take myself off to The Four Season and indulge ... Meantime, I will be tucking into this book ...

I have been lucky enough to find this book it is a traditional book with a twist. The recipes have been well thought out, and easy to follow. I did have this book and it was lost to me, I am very happy to have been able to purchase it again. The style's have changed but the recipes are great.
