Wasn't expecting anything special for this price. I was surprised how good it was. It was easy to fit, and on an AMD processor it didn't require fitting the included bracket. It's slightly smaller some similar ones so might be easier to fit in some systems. On my Phenom 3.2Ghz 955 black edition it shaved 4 or 5 degrees off the idle temperature. It used to get to 65 degrees playing some pretty taxing games, but now only gets to 60, so a definite improvement. For general 'office' work it now hovers around 45, again lower than the stock AMD cooler. The fan runs slower than the AMD one too, so it is very much quieter. Overall I could happily recommend this for a budget cooler. I gave it 4 stars as that's the most I give anything unless it really blows my socks off!

Highly recommended. Although my pc did break down with a windows blue screen fault. The fan is amazing and works fine still. Its Super quiet and really reliable
