I brought this after recommendations on best makes of baby Dopplers, and I am glad I decided on this one, I was really anxious with this baby so this really put my mind at ease, although I do know that you still cannot count on this alone. It very faintly picked up the heart beat when I first tried at 16 weeks but by 18/19 weeks it was very clear, has good sound, displaying heart rate and is easy to use. Would decently recommend

When purchasing you have to listen extremely carefully to pick up a heartbeat due to the how noisey and crackly it is. Personally after my purchase I wouldn't buy due to this downside I hardly use mine because of this. But it is good for reassurance just need to listen carefully

What can I say? I’m simply blown away. With us having a difficult pregnancy in lockdown and minimal maternity care, we had this Doppler recommended to us. It took me 50 minutes with quite a bit of pressing to find the heartbeat at 10 weeks at first. It turned out we were in the wrong area to begin with and watching some YouTube videos helped us locate placenta and baby very quickly. Although heartbeat was quiet, it was very clear! I’m a plus size woman and I’m shocked this picked up baby so early on in my pregnancy. It has provided us with great relief after a bleed again. I highly recommend watching some YouTube videos first and having a slightly full bladder and of course, patience. This is a golden piece of equipment and I’ll never look back after buying it.

I bought this when I was around 7 weeks pregnant, I experienced a miscarriage at 11 weeks pregnant in August so I am quite the anxious parent at the moment. I am now just passed 11 weeks pregnant with my dating scan tomorrow, however we have had 2 private ones at 7 and 9 weeks pregnant for reassurance and heart our beautiful babies heartbeat twice. It’s important to know the difference between your heartbeat and a babies heartbeat when using this machine as it can be quite easily mistaken if you have a high heart rate like myself and the BPM isn’t as accurate as the hospital equipment. However, this machine is amazing, I managed to pick up a very very faint heartbeat at just an amazing 7 weeks! It’s a very crackly machine so this can make it more difficult to hear, however, as my pregnancy progresses I hear it becoming more visible and it is giving me the reassurance I have been requiring. I recommend buying & ensure you know the correct sound your listening out for & the best spots to find baby at your current gestations! Good luck mamas :) Read full review

It is easy and straight forward to use. I bought it when i was 12 weeks pregnant, but i think you could use it earlier. Really quick dispatch time. Only downside is it's all in Chinese, so you need to know what you're doing with it. Also, whilst it's good at hearing the heartbeat, it's not great at measuring the BPM. mine jumps all over the place so i have no idea what it is.
