Babylon 5 - The Legend Of The Rangers
When a young Ranger get his new command of a Ranger ship that had it crew killed by a new powerful enemy, not only he has to deal with a new crew and get his ship working again, when they are sent on a mission to escort the Rangers new flagship and the ambassadors of the alliance. When the flagship is attacked and destroyed by this powerful enemy, he has to put up with the alliance ambassadors whist trying to out fox his enemy also. This has brilliant special effects and very good action, with good drama also, the acting is brilliant from the entire cast. 10+++++/10 Movie.

Babylon 5 Legend of the rangers
I bought this to complete the set of babylon 5( 5 series and 4 films) It wasn't exactly what I expected but it was worth a watch if you're a fan. There is one cast member from Babylon 5, G'kar. There is a little bit action, the usual quality fx, all in all a good diversion for an hour or so.

Babylon 5; Legend of the Rangers
Poor end to the wonderful Babylon 5 epic, already running out of steam in the dreadfully miscast "Crusade" series. "Legend" was a pilot which never made it to series status, again with uncharismatic casting (only one character from the original series making a cameo appearance) and little to add to the B5 mythos. But for those who already own 6 boxed sets and half a dozen movies, a necessary purchase.

Babylon 5 : The Legend of the Rangers
I purchased this DVD to complete my B5 collection as the film was commissioned well after the TV series ended. Unfortunately, the film totally lacks the magic of its predecessors. In the main, the acting is shallow, dialogue poor and the story naff. With a cast made up of pretty boys and girls, the film instantly looks and feels detached from the franchise and is every bit an 'add-on', cashing in on its glorious history. For those people who are not familiar with B5, you may enjoy it as light sci-fi entertainment hence my 'below average' rating and not 'poor'. This wooden, made-for-tv film is a major disappointment and should have been left on the cutting room floor.
