Shaves well; better than the Series 3 (in whic...h the battery had just died in any case). The only thing which is a bit odd is the angle at which the trimmer pokes out from the body of the shaver - will take a bit of getting used to.

switch too small to turn on ,locking the head in place a good idea.not being able to use the shaver when plugged in is a big mistake .. I DO NOT KNOW OF ANY BATH ROOM IN THE WORLD WITH AN ELECTRIC POINT IN THE SHOWER AREA UNLESS YOU ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO USE AN EXTENSION LEAD

this is the se...cond model of this razor i have purchased.. fantastic product.. the only bugbear is replacing the cutting head.. these days its almost cheaper to buy a new razor than the cutting head, so very very expensive. this was only twice the price of a new head... in my opinion having used braun razors since the 80's i would say its the best model they have produced so far.. you wont be disappointed with this one..

Already own a Braun series 7 shaver and its such a good shave...r bought a second one for when the first one breaks. At the price it was being advertised it was worth buying the whole item as it would cost nearly as much to buy a replacement foil and cutter

This is a very good shaver that copes well with my chin stubble..., which is more than can be said for others, in particular the underpowered S3. The trimmer works ok but it’s not the best design I have come across. Good value at under £90 but less so at the normal selling price of £130
