I thoroughly enjoyed this book; engagingly written, full of evidence to support the author’s position. I personally hate breakfast but forced myself to eat as I thought that it would help me control my weight. This book has enabled me to painlessly lose a fair amount of weight by going with my own biorhythms and not eating until lunchtime. If you where never a natural breakfast eater then clear up your worries by reading this. Great for weight watchers as well.
