I bought this 32" Direct from the factory outlet as I live local. Very easy to set up and use. It is much better than standard smart TV's as its run on an upgradable Andriod system ,so your not restricted to what you want to download or use it for. Simply press TV on the supplied remote and it a flat screen tv,with freeview . The picture is great ,but to be honest the sound isnt to good from the 2 bottom fitted speakers,it sounds tinny . However I bought a 30W sound bar from Argos and plugged it in to the optical output on the TV and it now sounds great . Especially since its an Andriod system you can sync and store and play all your music via your google account just like your phone or tablet . Press Andriod on remote and it simply changes over to a fully functioning computer connected via your home router via WIFI. .. I have added a USB air mouse and keyboard for ease of use ,it reconised it instantly. It also has another spare USB for andriod use and another USB port for TV only so a memory stick can be inserted to enable recording of TV programs. It also has a memory card slot ,I inserted a 32GB card and it also picked that up instantly as well. All in All a great bit of kit apart from the sound system. Great value for money even taking into account the extra purchase of the sound bar from Argos. Dropped a star rating because of the sound issue.Read full review

The reason I bought this is it's the only tv I found that has the sky go app. The tv is a nightmare on apps, I struggled for days until I found there was a mouse button so you use the both buttons to navigate. It can crash mid programme.its still worth it to be able to watch sky in my bedroom without the expensive sky multi room.
