Easy to maintain, because its easy i didnt give up.
Brilliant dvd. I had the original video of this workout and had been searching for the dvd. Its easy to follow, you dont have to be super fit or supple to do these workouts, go at your own pace and work harder as your fitness improves. Good music, Seal that sort of thing.

Good all over workour
I first used this video as a teenager when it came out. Now a mother of two, I find this is one of the best workout videos I have used. Never ages.

Cindy Crawford still the best workout
Originally had this on video when it was first released have tried various since and this is still the best so now bought on dvd. great music, great locations, everything explained well, cannot fault it.

I did this DVD during its original release. After having two children and tried various different method of exercise and home DVD, this is still one of the best. Although at times Cindy Crawford does over extend legs over her knees and if you were not used to exercise you could hurt your knees doing this. Just be carefulDvd
