The hard-hitting memoir of a childhood tainted by violence, sexual abuse and crime, and of a life rehabilitated
Caspar Walsh is a regular writer for Radio 4, with broadcasts including the sixties gangster story Vincent Vice's Rainbow and the acclaimed feature-length docudrama The Prison Father, which was based on his own experience of prison life. He is editor of a personal development magazine for men and co-created the successful production company Words Allowed a platform for new and established writers. Drawing on his own experience of prisons, he regularly runs writing workshops both in and out of prisons that help offending fathers and their families in the rehabilitation process.
